Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success. This on-site role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays within a 50-mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and development through the Store Management Leadership Training program.
• Foster a productive, guest-focused team and maintain Panda standards across store operations.
