Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training Program and ongoing mentorship to support your success. This role requires flexibility in schedule and willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and implement the Store Leadership Training Program (8 or more weeks) to develop store leaders.
