Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Available for flexible shifts including opening and closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and train staff; participate in an 8+ week leadership training program.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.
