Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., is seeking experienced leaders for our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing staff to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Must be flexible to relocate up to 50 miles from home and work a schedule that includes openings/closings, evenings,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.
