Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial results while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead a team to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency and safety standards are met.
• Support the leadership training program (8+ weeks) to prepare for store leadership.
