Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and coach team through an 8+ week leadership training program.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
