Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, with mentorship and ongoing development within our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates.
• Ensure achievement of financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.
