Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial and guest service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to store team.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program.
