Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship and support from our Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally, with a full-time role and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store, hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Manage and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain quality standards.
• Complete a leadership training program to prepare for store leadership responsibilities.
