Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you’ll oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, plus mentorship and a strong Panda community that supports your career growth across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire and manage associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Direct and motivate staff to meet financial targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide leadership and hands-on training to prepare for success
