Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you are in charge of the operation of a single location, including staffing, directing of associates to hit financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. We offer an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.

You will be supported with mentorship and the Panda community to help you succeed in a fast-paced, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store to success through efficient staffing, training, and daily operations.
