Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed and advance within Panda Express.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained daily.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
