Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program and ongoing development to help you grow within our Panda community, with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of operating a single Panda Express store and guiding team performance toward financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and manage store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations and drive store success through leadership and mentorship.
• Support an 8+ week store leadership training program for new leaders.
