Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in San Diego. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates, and strive to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, and support from our Panda community that values family and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
