Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager in the San Diego area to oversee the operation of a single store, hire and manage staff, and drive financial and guest-experience goals. You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success within our Panda community.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

Manage the operation of a single Panda Express store.
Hire, supervise and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program.
