Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store to success by supervising staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for leadership responsibilities.
