Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee all facets of a single store, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals through effective staff leadership and operations.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community designed to help you grow professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and support the store leadership training program.
