Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success and ongoing mentorship within our Panda community that supports your development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to drive store success.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for the role.
