Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and direct staff to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide Store Management Leadership Training of 8 or more weeks, mentorship, and supportive Panda community to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
