Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Restaurant Group. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, driving financial results and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship through Panda's development programs.
