Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Hire, manage, and direct staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Lead and participate in a leadership training program offered by the company.
