Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We will provide 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success. Panda Restaurant Group is committed to developing leaders through mentorship and a supportive Panda community, with opportunities to grow and relocate within a 50‑mile

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to move within a 50 mile radius of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Complete 8+ weeks of leadership training prior to assuming duties.
