Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success and ongoing mentorship within our Panda community that supports your professional growth and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop store team members to ensure a high standard of customer service and food quality.
• Participate in and complete the 8+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
