Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week training program to develop your leadership skills, with mentorship and support from our Panda community to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
