Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and ensure adherence to Panda standards.
• Participate in 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.
