Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while ensuring guest satisfaction.

We provide an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community designed to help you grow professionally and personally within the family of stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ weeks Store Management Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
• Drive financial performance and customer satisfaction through effective store leadership.
