Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.

We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment. Panda values growth, development, and inclusion across all locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Drive financial performance and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for success with an 8+ week store leadership training program.
