Job summary

Panda Express is seeking candidates to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success and professional development within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and sustain store performance to meet financial targets while upholding Panda standards.
• Provide leadership training and development through the eight-week leadership program to prepare for success.
