Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. This role oversees the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing staff to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets. We offer an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and corporate support to help you succeed.

Based in Cincinnati, you will receive paid leadership training and access to a Panda community dedicated to your professional and personal development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store and drive financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and brand guidelines.
