Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, guiding associates to meet financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma.
• Must be flexible to relocate within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes opening/closing, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required or pursued.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and manage store associates to achieve financial goals.
