Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Cincinnati. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store team through training program to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.
