Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure delivery of guest experiences and drive store success.
• Participate in and complete the 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.
