Qualifications

• What you’ll do as a Store Manager: lead and supervise store staff to deliver strong guest experiences and meet financial goals.
• Must be flexible to relocate or commute within 50 miles of home to a Panda Express location.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• For safety compliance, Serve Safe certified is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, training, and directing associates.
• Drive financial performance and guest satisfaction through effective leadership and execution.
