Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda Restaurant Group, Inc is committed to developing associates through paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and community support.

You will manage a single store, hire and direct staff to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Training extends over 8 or more weeks to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Complete paid Store Management Leadership Training program (8+ weeks).
