You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing of associates, and driving financial and guest-service results. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Responsible for achieving store success and implementing leadership training.
