Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ weeks leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Panda offers leadership training, mentorship and support from a Panda community that cares about your success and development within our family of associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in and benefit from an 8+ week leadership training program.
