Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

As a Store Manager you’ll oversee a single store’s operations, hire and direct associates to hit financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences, with 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Own operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
