Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.

You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Ensure execution of store standards and drive results through coaching and leadership.
