Qualifications

• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Access to flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location and drive financial performance.
• Hire, train, and supervise store associates to deliver guest experiences.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and operational standards.
• Complete an 8+ week leadership training program.
