Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and training to store staff to drive success.
• Support a leadership training program to prepare for store leadership responsibilities.
