You will manage a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest experience results, with an 8+ week leadership training program provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in 8+ weeks of leadership training and mentorship programs to prepare for success.
