Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We’ll provide an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, plus ongoing mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
