You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, with 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training program provided by the company.
• Drive store performance to meet financial goals while maintaining Panda Express standards.
