Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training to prepare you for success. You will participate in leadership training, receive mentorship, and gain support from our Panda community that values

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and manage associates.
• Hire, train, and direct staff to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
