Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you’ll run the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and direct associates, and strive to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8 or more weeks of leadership training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed, with flexible scheduling and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store to success and ensure high standards of service and quality.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for the role.
