We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and strong Panda community support to help you grow professionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program.
