Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, training and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success, plus ongoing mentorship from our Panda community. Applicants should be ready to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and must be

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing staff to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Provide 8+ weeks of leadership training and ongoing mentorship to new store leaders.
