Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success and support from our Panda community.

You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The company emphasizes development and a strong team culture, with a focus on family values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing of associates.
• Achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
