Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional service and results.
• Support the 8+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for store leadership responsibilities.
