Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program designed to prepare you for success.

The role requires a flexible schedule with openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and relocation within 50 miles of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide 8 or more weeks of store leadership training prior to or after assuming duties.
